BUGS follows the NYC Department of Education (DOE) schedule for all major school holidays and days off.

BUGS also follows the NYC DOE for all weather-related school closures. Updates are provided here.

Please note that the BUGS school year begins earlier than the DOE. The first day of school is usually the Monday before Labor Day. We look forward to seeing students for the first day of school on August 25, 2025.
